The "ONYX" Blog..

Again u've asked, I've listened; through various emails, my other web pages, social networks and even in person, what/who is ONYX? I referenced them several times in past blogs and have emphasized their "brotherhood" has been an integral part of my adaptation back to NYC and getting through my injury. You will also soon find they've had a significant influence in the "changing" of the name of my "other head".

But, I don't want to get too wordy; I asked the Secretary/Treasurer/Historian Elect of our "chapter" of Onyx(OnyxNY/NE) to provide me with a coherent and brief statement that could best explain exactly what Onyx is and is about and how it benefits specifically, a "man of color"...and I use the singular sense of the word because one of the main things this organization has taught me is the "journey is individual and personal"...

At any rate I've copied and pasted his statement as I didn't think it needed any edit..smile "Baby J"; I also have a personal relationship with him as he is my "mentor" and "big/lil" bro who recruited/interested me in joining the club, the chapter here in NYC. OnyxNE/NY and all the chapters(OnyxMA; OnyxSE; and the founding chapter in Chicago, Onyx)are a very diverse range of people, with different careers, dreams, family structures, heights, weights, ages, etc; I have a brother "Raw Leather Daddy"(blog featured in right column) who of course authors a blog and as well, is seeking to start his own porn company; he is my brother in the OnyxSE chapter. I have a "son" who I referenced did my new photos, feature on my past two blogs and on Twitter, who is a budding and talented photographer as well as a porn model: "1stSon"/Egypt/FetiishFotografee, Inc.); many members involved, all around. So without anymore delay is the statement I spoke of and all the contact info you would possibly need if u have genuine interest:

We are a Brotherhood of Men of Color (and their friends) who are active members of the Leather Community and practitioners of BDSM/Fetish and the Leather arts. We are working and educating about our community. safety, and history to help other men who are interested and/or established community members work to make these practices, not separate from, but safely become integrated into our lives as Men of Color without shame or judgement.

Onyx NY/Northeast seeks to provide community, education, and support to our members, our potential members, and the general population to achieve these ends. In doing so, we seek to secure a greater voice, and a larger presence in the Leather Community.

Our chapter is one of four chapters (Atlanta, Chicago, Washington D.C., and New York City), with one more in the process of forming in San Francisco. Onyx was organized in 1995 by five Men of Color active in the Leather, Fetish, and Kink Community in the Chicago area. ONYX has had a long standing reputation within the Leather Community with members nationwide and internationally. We are the longest existing Leather club for People of Color and are known for our hospitality and our infamous annual ONYX Leather Dance at International Mr. Leather Weekend in Chicago. ONYX celebrates it's anniversary each Columbus Day Weekend with the ONYX BlackOut Weekend Run which will be held here in NYC in 2012.

ONYX has always been involved in charity work. The chapters, Great Lakes/Midwest, Southeast, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, all are involved in contributing back to the Leather, GLBT and People of Color communities. HIV prevention and care organizations and those that aid youth have always been of note. All who support our cause may become members of ONYX.

Happy Hearts Day & Such..

Although to be honest, it's never been that big a deal to me. I mean "love" or even I believe "like" should be celebrated, cherished, exercised, everyday. But then again, is it so wrong to have a day that is pretty much about the most positive of emotions directed at and toward each other..hmm?

Philosophy class over: I guess what's really making me write this on this "Valentine's Day" is because of the profound "loss" we have all, and the immediate families moreso, experienced in the past few days and months. These "Heroes", these "Legends" are now gone; all had their ups and downs yet all at least for me, profoundly changed my opinions, views and outlook on a lot of things.
So it's Valentine's Day; and before any of us, God forbid, lose anyone else of fame or not? Take a minute, take an hour, hell take an afternoon to say to someone "I love you"..."I Care for you"..hell, even jus dry ole: HAPPY VALENTINES DAY(If u just can't be original...damn) but something, say it with me....here it comes...wait 4 it:
POSITIVE...ahhhh, feels good!!

First Change? New Name!!

Hey peoples; Happy 2012 and all that jazz!
Listen, this is going to b a short but important post as I've got A LOT coming up in the next few months, so my blogs will increase even tho, my workload will also increase.

So..down to business:
My last blog talked about "new" things; one of the first things I've decided is a renaming of my "friend"; my "other head"; in the past he was known as:

Now, due to events that have relatively recently occurred(reference Archive Post: "I Almost Died"), and my "racing stripe of new skin", which btw has literally and figuratively grown on me(get it? "grown on me"? Chuckle; Smirk); I am renaming him:

**Not in anyway affiliated or associated to any other entity/personality/thing of similar name and spelled differently; "Legaleeze" for "leave me the hell alone; I ain't did nothing wrong!

There it is..not a whole lot but will make more sense soon as yes, new pictures AND new flicks will be out!! You've all been asking, I'm now showing you without a doubt, that I listen so again, stay tuned and I'm sure you've noticed the different photos here throughout this blog. They were taken by one of my "kidz" & actually, a great photographer with his new business of photography operating under the name:

That's ALL I own is sexy underwear. I wear them all the time. I believe in "presentation". Sex and sexy happen when half clothed; when clothed in something that makes the other person salivate literally and figuratively with anticipation. I've been given gift for many, many years of sexy underwear and for a long time never understood; now, a little older, a little wiser, I totally understand! New Beginnings, Fresh Ideas!

Gonna start out the new year and a new post with something a little different. I think I've mentioned many times before that the unwavering and constant support I receive from my fans/friends is nothing short of amazing..#RealTalk.

Been A Minute...

I know, I know...but been caught up this summer!! Adapting, again to NYC..lovin it and the "love" I'm receiving here. Helps that I came from Chi, IL(in my opinion, closest thing to NYC in this country; but of course there's only one Big Apple). And it helps that I lived here long ago...in a land far, far away!!

I want to start this post by saying I really was and still am overwhelmed by the response I received from my post: "I Almost Died". The outpouring of love and concern really touched me and made/makes me feel more like a real person and not just some porn persona or model; that fact? Very important to me and very appreciated.

I must also say, I got a lot of "hate" and even some folks and so-called friends, questioning my validity and calling themselves "inspectors" when no one asked them to be or needed them to be. Some of them still adhered to the "messiness" by doing all kinds of bogush shit; i.e. forwarding the text/email I sent to people in malicious ways, questioning me without validating their facts or simply talking more shit...
To all of those people, and u know who u r? Fuck u with a big ole horse penis!! And not in a good way!! Real talk.
It amazes me how people like to jump to their own conclusions or take misinformation or half information or even no information and try to comment, question or even validate their ignorance. God bless u all because evidently, you need it bad!! As you'll notice, I'm not mentioning their names because I refuse to give any energy to their immaturity, 2-facededness(I know, not a word, but it makes a point) and overall messy conduct. So if you're reading this particular passage and think I'm talking to you? I probably am and it's your guilt that makes you recognize yourself in my words. Deal with it Byatches!!

On another tip, I've experienced a lot this summer. I've made some really great new and important friends and some new "enemies". I've had certain people who have said they are my friends show me their real selves(not the "representative" they sent at first) and they have been cut out completely of my life! The self righteous, pretentious and hypocritical assholes can go way and do it now!! Again, if you think I'm talking to you, I prolly am...As Damito Jo aptly put it: "You're so vain, you probably think this song is about you, don't u, don't u"...love her!!
I'd also like to take this time to point out certain old and new friends who have really stood out as true friends in more than just word but thru deed and real concern:
