What was funny about receiving this communication is that I started to not even open it thinking that per usual, it was just more "hate" more jealousy; I am very glad I was wrong. Since receiving this, the author and I have exchanged further emails, further communications and ideas; I enjoy his sincerity, his encouragement. I've only ever desired to be more than just a "porn model"(again do NOT consider myself a "porn star" as there are precious few of those); I am more than my endowment, I am more than the projects I've done or that I will do. I have a brain, I have an outlook and a view that I think is valid and can be of help to others whether they are interested in the porn field or no. The "ONYX" Blog..

Again u've asked, I've listened; through various emails, my other web pages, social networks and even in person, what/who is ONYX? I referenced them several times in past blogs and have emphasized their "brotherhood" has been an integral part of my adaptation back to NYC and getting through my injury. You will also soon find they've had a significant influence in the "changing" of the name of my "other head".

But, I don't want to get too wordy; I asked the Secretary/Treasurer/Historian Elect of our "chapter" of Onyx(OnyxNY/NE) to provide me with a coherent and brief statement that could best explain exactly what Onyx is and is about and how it benefits specifically, a "man of color"...and I use the singular sense of the word because one of the main things this organization has taught me is the "journey is individual and personal"...

At any rate I've copied and pasted his statement as I didn't think it needed any edit..smile "Baby J"; I also have a personal relationship with him as he is my "mentor" and "big/lil" bro who recruited/interested me in joining the club, the chapter here in NYC. OnyxNE/NY and all the chapters(OnyxMA; OnyxSE; and the founding chapter in Chicago, Onyx)are a very diverse range of people, with different careers, dreams, family structures, heights, weights, ages, etc; I have a brother "Raw Leather Daddy"(blog featured in right column) who of course authors a blog and as well, is seeking to start his own porn company; he is my brother in the OnyxSE chapter. Happy Hearts Day & Such..

Although to be honest, it's never been that big a deal to me. I mean "love" or even I believe "like" should be celebrated, cherished, exercised, everyday. But then again, is it so wrong to have a day that is pretty much about the most positive of emotions directed at and toward each other..hmm?

Philosophy class over: I guess what's really making me write this on this "Valentine's Day" is because of the profound "loss" we have all, and the immediate families moreso, experienced in the past few days and months. These "Heroes", these "Legends" are now gone; all had their ups and downs yet all at least for me, profoundly changed my opinions, views and outlook on a lot of things.
So it's Valentine's Day; and before any of us, God forbid, lose anyone else of fame or not? Take a minute, take an hour, hell take an afternoon to say to someone "I love you"..."I Care for you"..hell, even jus dry ole: HAPPY VALENTINES DAY(If u just can't be original...damn) but something, say it with me....here it comes...wait 4 it:

First Change? New Name!!

Hey peoples; Happy 2012 and all that jazz!
Listen, this is going to b a short but important post as I've got A LOT coming up in the next few months, so my blogs will increase even tho, my workload will also increase.

So..down to business:
My last blog talked about "new" things; one of the first things I've decided is a renaming of my "friend"; my "other head"; in the past he was known as:

Now, due to events that have relatively recently occurred(reference Archive Post: "I Almost Died"), and my "racing stripe of new skin", which btw has literally and figuratively grown on me(get it? "grown on me"? Chuckle; Smirk); I am renaming him:
